11.6 Student Illness

Overview

If a student should become ill during clinical hours, it is the student’s responsibility to inform the clinical instructor and make arrangements for transportation from the clinical site. If transportation is not available, it is at the instructor’s discretion to release all or part of the students in the clinical group to allow for transporting the ill student from the clinical site.
