For the OLD SEP: 15 reflections total for CALE Program Portfolio with at least 1 reflection for each SEP standard

For the NEW SEP (https://www.revisor.mn.gov/rules/8710.2000/): 16 reflections total for ECE Program Portfolio with 2 reflections for each SEP standard

For the OLD SEP: 20 reflections total for ECE Program Portfolio with 2 reflections for each SEP standard

For the NEW SEP (https://www.revisor.mn.gov/rules/8710.2000/): 16 reflections total for ELED Program Portfolio with 2 reflections for each SEP standard
