11.3a Liability Insurance and Release Agreement

Overview

The University agrees to maintain professional liability insurance and comprehensive general liability insurance per occurrence and annual aggregate for coverage of students participating in the nursing program. The University, upon request, shall provide certificates evidencing such coverage to participating facilities. See Appendices for Release Agreement Form.
